What devices are supported?

You need an NFC-enabled smartphone and the Wonder app. For Tap to Pay you will need a supported iPhone. For Wonder SoftPOS you will need a compatible Android device. Our team can help you confirm if your device is supported.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No. You can accept contactless card payments using just your compatible phone. There is no separate card reader or countertop terminal required.

Are there setup or monthly fees?

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no terminal rental. You pay a clear fee only when you successfully process a transaction.

How much are the transaction fees?

For local in-person card payments, fees can be as low as 1.2% per successful transaction for typical small-ticket payments. Other transaction types, such as payment links and international cards, may have different pricing. Our team will share a full fee schedule when you onboard.

How fast do I receive my funds?

Settlement to your Wonder account will usually happen within T+1 or T+3 business days, depending on your documents and risk profile. Bank processing and public holidays can affect the exact time funds appear.

Can I refund customers if needed?

Yes. You can process refunds through Wonder as long as your account has sufficient positive transactions or balance. Refunds follow normal card scheme timelines.

Can I use SoftPOS alongside other Wonder products?

Yes. You can use Wonder SoftPOS together with Wonder QR, Wonder Terminal and other Wonder payment tools. Many merchants use SoftPOS as a flexible backup or as their primary way to accept cards on the move.
