Update On Wonder’s AMG Incident Support Initiative

On behalf of Wonder Ventures Limited (“Wonder”), we are pleased to announce our ongoing efforts to support affected customers in relation to the AMG Medical Group (“AMG”) incident. We understand that this is a challenging time for all, with many families feeling anxious as to whether their transactions are verified by Wonder and their eligibility to receive vaccinations at no additional costs.

To recap, on 9 May 2025, we partnered with industry leading medical service providers to provide vaccination and related services for eligible customers with both a verified transaction processed through Wonder and a valid Wonder payment receipt. Since the launch of this initiative, we have received a total of 824 case submissions, of which 478 cases have already been verified as transactions processed through Wonder's payment system. Of these 478 cases, 345 cases have successfully been transferred to our partnered medical service providers. Challenges & Learnings

Undertaking such an unprecedented mission of this scale as a B2B fintech company has presented unforeseen challenges, particularly in verifying transactions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and managing customer support processes. We acknowledge that there have been delays and administrative hurdles in some cases, and we sincerely apologise to all affected customers and families for any inconvenience caused.

Our team has been working tirelessly around the clock, and continuously refining internal workflows to expedite resolutions. We deeply appreciate the patience and cooperation of all affected customers as we navigate this complex situation.

Missing Wonder Receipt and Verifying Transactions

We have identified multiple reported instances where customers are unable to locate their Wonder receipts. To assist these customers, our team has taken proactive measures to retrieve transaction details using available information such as the transaction date, transaction amount, the first 6-digit and the last 4-digit of the used card number, and any other relevant information in verifying the customer transaction as a valid Wonder processed transaction. This proactive approach ensures we are able to cater to affected customers and families who are unable to locate their Wonder receipts, and offer an alternative avenue to verifying their Wonder processed transactions.

Thus, if customers are experiencing difficulties in locating the Wonder receipt, we encourage customers to contact our dedicated support team for further assistance.
